Samuel Sträuli

Hello,
I am Samuel.

After almost a decade as a self-employed personal trainer, I decided to take a new path into finance. I study at ZHAW in Winterthur and at SKEMA Business School in Paris to build professional knowledge of the highest degree in a field I'm passionate about.

My work

During my MSc in Banking and Finance I specialized in innovative technologies, which led me to start learning how to use large language models. These are some of my projects:

These skills are saving me hours each week while making the processes run more efficiently. I am eager to share the knowledge I have gained in a professional setting.

TeamHub

Web app · built for my employer

TeamHub is a web app I built for the team at my employer. It started with one question: what does a team actually open ten times a day? It became the single place that answers it. It was designed, built and reviewed with Claude Code, and it runs as a real app, not a slide deck.

Opens the public demo, not the version my employer uses. Everyone in it is shown by role only, with no real staff data.

Personal Trainer Admin Assistant

Complete setup · zip download

This is the admin system I actually run my coaching business on. It reads my Google Calendar, checks which sessions happened last week, plans the next one for every client, drafts the invoices and the emails that go with them, and knows when a client's package is about to run out. Everything a self-employed trainer does on a Sunday evening, with one prompt.

What's in the zip

  • Week Planner: checks last week against the calendar, then programs next week for every client.
  • Invoice Generator: builds the invoice PDF from a client template and writes the cover email.
  • Training Plan skill: the same one you can download on its own, wired into the weekly flow.
  • Client roster template: swap in your own clients, packages and prices.
  • README: how to install the skills in Claude and connect your calendar.
  • Guideline: how to install and personalize the skill.

Free to use and adapt. If you build on it, I'd love to hear!

Training Plan Skill

Claude Skill · SKILL.md download

A SKILL.md file that teaches Claude the way I write 4-week strength cycles after a decade of coaching. Upload it to Claude, and a single prompt produces a plan I'd be happy to hand a client, once it has asked the questions a real coach would ask first.

What it asks you

  • How many days a week you train, and which split you want
  • Your experience level and how coordinated you are under load
  • Whether you want a compact print version or a phone-friendly one

What you get

  • A 4-week cycle with progression built in, week by week
  • Blank fields to log sets and reps
  • A print-ready PDF that opens on a phone or on paper

Everybody who jokingly asks me for a training plan gets sent this skill. Check it out!
